Before Your Appointment
What to bring
To help assure your first visit goes smoothly we ask that you bring your insurance card, photo ID, your child's immunization record and any previous medical records with you to your appointment. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete your new patient registration.
Billing your healthcare insurance
We will ask you for a copy of your insurance card and photo identification when you arrive for each visit. Woodcreek Pediatrics - Mary Bridge Children's does not verify insurance benefits for you. We are contracted with many insurance plans but not all. We recommend you contact your insurance plan to inquire about your specific coverage and benefits for your care at Woodcreek. Your insurance carrier can tell you if your provider is in network. More information may be found on our Billing & Insurance page.
Cash Pay & Private Pay Options
No Health Insurance? No Problem! Here's how our Private/Cash Pay option works: visits to our urgent care clinics require a $175 payment up front, and we will bill for the balance. For visits to our primary and specialty care clinics, we will generate an estimate for you if your appointment is made at least three days in advance; you will be expected to pay that estimated amount when you arrive for your appointment, and you will be billed for the remainder.
As a part of MultiCare Health System, Woodcreek Pediatrics - Mary Bridge Children's is able to offer financial assistance to patients that qualify.
