Effective June 1, 2023, Woodcreek Pediatrics will be closed to most new patients. We will continue seeing newborns (provided that they establish care before 60 days old), siblings (under 18) of established patients, and children in foster care.
Please note that established patients who have not been seen by our primary care providers in the last three years are considered to be new again and will have appointment access restricted under this policy.
Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience. We encourage you to contact our colleagues at Evergreen Pediatrics - Mary Bridge Children's to establish care.

Memorial Day Hours
Woodcreek Pediatrics primary and specialty care is closed on Monday, May 29. Our Mary Bridge Urgent Care sites will be open from 9am-4pm with virtual urgent care open from 10am-2pm. We deeply appreciate and respect our military personnel and hope that all of us have a restful Memorial Day to reflect on their sacrifices.
Masking Requirements Lifted!
With MultiCare announcing that masks will no longer be required in its clinics, we're excited to welcome unmasked families back to Woodcreek! However, please be aware that if anyone in your family is displaying symptoms of respiratory illness, we will ask that person to wear a mask consistent with our pre-pandemic policy. Thank you for your patience while we continued requiring masks in our clinics and we are grateful the day has finally come where we can take them off!

Visitor Restrictions Lifted!
Since September 7, 2021, MultiCare Health System has restricted additional family members from attending patient appointments in an effort to control the spread of COVID. We are very pleased to announce that this restriction is ending on Monday, January 30, 2023! Effective on that date, we will no longer limit additional family members coming to the patient's appointment. Please note, though, that state masking requirements in clinical facilities are still in effect and everyone over the age of 5 is required to be masked while in the building.

SkedgeAlert Pilot Concluded
Update: we have concluded our pilot project with SkedgeAlert and have concluded it is not the solution that best meets our needs going forward. Thank you to the families that helped us test this solution! Woodcreek Pediatrics is now actively evaluating additional options for direct patient scheduling and is planning to implement a MyChart-based solution in the second quarter of 2023.
Updated: 12/6/2022
We have partnered with SkedgeAlert, a mobile-based appointment app that lets appointments find you based on your availability. SkedgeAlert enables you to connect with your providers, get appointment notifications, or schedule and confirm appointments – all from the convenience of one app. We are currently piloting this app for appointments with Dr. Husarik, Dr. Wolfe, Dr. Barnhart, Dr. Grubb and Dr. Roscoe.
